Payment is required before the scheduled lesson. All lesson payments are non-refundable. Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson and missed lessons are not eligible for rescheduling. If Dr. Rosa needs to cancel a lesson, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
